Indus

The Indus is Pakistan: 90% of its agriculture drinks from one river system whose headwaters rise in Indian-held Kashmir. The Indus Waters Treaty survived every war between the two for sixty-five years, until India placed it in abeyance on 23 April 2025 — where it remains.
